Do I have to bring my parcel to you?
No. We collect and deliver door-to-door. All you need to do is arrange a time for us to collect which is suitable for you.
How do I know that my package will be secure?
We have many years experience in the courier trade. Our drivers are trained to the highest standard and always strive to provide the best customer service possible. We also have Goods in Transit insurance up to the value of £50,000 to add extra peace of mind.
My consignment is worth over £50,000, will it still be insured?
Yes. For high-value goods we can arrange an increase in Goods in Transit cover.
My parcel has not been received, what happens now?
If your parcel has not been received by the time stated when the booking was made please feel free to call our office and a member of our team will only be to happy to track your shipment via our tracking system.
I do not have an account – how can I pay?
We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
